Postill Lake Lodge is the perfect spot for your next trout fishing trip or family vacation.

Postill Lake Lodge Fishing Resort has comfortable lakefront cottages, cabins, campsites, boat rentals and a store stocked with basics. Family fun activities include swimming, nature trails and mountain biking.

Both a family-oriented resort and fishing resort, fishermen will enjoy Postill Lake and wilderness access to five other trout fishing lakes: Twin Lakes, Meadow Lake, South Lake, Roddy and Heron.

We have nightly campsites available with No hookups, so you must be self-contained. Each site  comes with a picnic table and firepit. Firewood is available for purchase.

Outdoor activities include fishing, swimming, boating, mountain biking, hiking our nature trails, or exploring the outer lakes. We have a playground for children, and we are pet-friendly.

Aluminum boats with electric motors are available for fishing.  Our other water toys are included in our Wrist Band Rental program and includes unlimited use on a first come basis of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards or our pedal boat.

Postill Lake Store

For your convenience we stock the basics on site in our store, along with Satellite WIFI service.

Store Hours: Daily 8am to 7pm (closed from 12-2pm and 5-6pm)

WIFI is available for purchase. It is Satellite based and suitable for e-mails etc. It is not suitable for downloading large files, streaming videos, etc.


Driving Directions – Postill Lake is located in the mountains above BC’s Okanagan Valley. The turn off to Postill Lake is located just north of Kelowna on Hwy 97. Turn off Hwy 97 at the north end of the Kelowna airport runway. Follow signs for 4 km on paved road. At intersection of Farmers Drive, take the gravel road directly ahead of you (DO NOT take Farmers Drive ). You then follow a good gravel road for the remaining 15kms. We’re at the end of the road.  * Please follow the above directions, as some Online maps and GPS directions are incorrect.

  • Kelowna – 45 minutes Kelowna Airport – 30 minutes
  • Vernon – 1 hour Penticton – 1.5 hours
  • Calgary – 8 hours Vancouver – 5 1/2 hours
